An initial phone call will determine what the key issues are, and we decide on the best approach for your needs.
You fill in an intake form that will help identify the behaviours or beliefs that you would like to change. It will also include how you envision life when your issue is resolved.
During this two hour relaxing hypnotherapy session, we explore the cause of the unwanted thoughts or behaviours, by asking the subconscious to identify 3-4 key memories that may have triggered the behaviour to start.
During the Transformation Session, I create a personalised recording that will reverse any limiting beliefs that emerge. This is combined with your own detailed 'wishlist'of how life would be like for you when you leave these beliefs behind.
The mind learns through repetition, so you will listen to your personalised recording every day for at least 28 days. The mind can't tell the difference between the truth and your imagination so visualising what you want, rather than what you don't want, is the key to lasting transformation.
You will receive a series of timely emails explaining how the mind works, to help keep you motivated along the way.
During the 28 day programme, you are encouraged to stay in touch with any questions you may have about the therapy or your progress along the way. You will have access via Whatsapp during this period.
In this final 30 minute session, you we will review your progress and help you move forward with confidence and ease.
